Dairy Information

A minimum of 4 oz. of milk is required for testing.  This amount allows us to have enough sample to retest if the values fall out of range.  Most samples can be pulled from the line and sent in their market package ( ½ pt., 1 pt., 1 Qt., ½ gal., etc.)   The samples may be transferred to whirlpack bags or plastic bottles.

Please check that any whirlpack bags or bottles are properly labeled and sealed.
 

Please fill out the dairy submission form and include the completed form with the samples.

Samples are usually sent by an overnight carrier in a cooler with ice or ice packs.  We do not receive any packages on the weekend.  Please include the completed form with your samples.

Please send samples Monday through Thursday so they will arrive Tuesday through Friday.

Most samples are finished in 5-7 work days from reciept.

Please provide instructions on how you would like to receive the results including any pertinent email addresses, phone and/or fax numbers on the dairy submission form.

Please provide names and addresses of all persons who are to receive a copy of the final report on the dairy submission form.

Please provide the appropriate billing address and purchase order number.
